8/14/14 Today, we head towards civilization. We are going to Heriot Bay where we will
have phone service again and we may even have internet (one never knows at Heriot
Bay).
The sun is beginning to shine again after a mostly cloudy
day yesterday and with any luck at all we will have some fresh fish or prawns
for dinner…. If not, we always have a restaurant to visit :-)
Fish on!
We are
waiting for the prawn traps to soak for a few more hours so Gary decided to do
a little fishing near the pots…. He had his line in only about 5 minutes and we
already have fish tacos for dinner tonight! But wait…. There’s more rock
fish.
Chris and Gary both caught several
and there is definitely enough for tacos for all.
Now on to the shrimp pots and yes…. We have
prawn! There are about 17 of the largest prawns…. Shrimp cocktails before our
fresh fish tacos.
Life is good!
